The community currently comprises about 305 homes either completed or under construction, and once fully built it will feature a total of 636 homes.
Evie Werle from Elimbah has recently secured a 661sqm homesite in Riverparks for $279,000, currently the highest valued site in the estate due to its aspect overlooking a fauna and flora reserve and the riverside parkland location.
Ms Werle has just started construction onsite through a private builder, after finalising the design of her 210sqm three bedroom plus media room home.
“I was looking to buy in the area as I needed to move closer to my daughter who lives in Upper Caboolture," said Ms Werle.
"I couldn’t find what I wanted in terms of established homes, so after visiting Riverparks the deciding factor for me was when I saw the bushland and parkland behind the site I was interested in.
“To have the nature aspect from my back patio was so important considering I was previously living on an acreage property. I love the area as my friends are also close by, and key amenity such as shopping centre and train station are very handy."
Daniel Hirst, Director of Residential at Colliers International is marketing the estate and said Riverparks has been attracting families from the local area, as they are able to build a large four-bedroom home at an affordable price all within a few minutes’ drive to schools, shops, train station and easy access to Bruce Highway.
“It is already a well-established community of proud home owners who chose to live here because of its tranquil rural setting by the Caboolture River that encourages healthy outdoor lifestyle," said Mr Hirst.
“The estate has a network of parks including the Bunya Adventure Playground which is in the heart of the community and has taken out the top gong for the Queensland’s Best Play Space at the 2019 Australian Institute of Landscape Architects (AILA) Awards in June.
"The playground includes an array of active and passive recreational spaces where residents and community members of all ages can gather to relax, socialise and exercise,” Mr Hirst said.
