Speaking to LUXURY LIST, Tommy McIntosh said the personalised marketing was very well received by prospective buyers.
“It’s such a stunning home, I knew I just needed get buyers into the space and they would fall in love with it,” Tommy told LUXURY LIST.
“Such a unique home needed a very tailored and personalised campaign, so given my background I focused on customer experience and hospitality. A post on Linkedin regarding the personalised drinks added an extra 13,357 views of the property, and I received some great feedback from some pretty amazing people around Melbourne.”
