AV Jennings is tapping into demand for smaller homes with the release of 45 homesites at Blue Sky, including a number of smaller lots.
Following the sell-out success of previous Blue Sky releases, AV Jennings is releasing another 45 homesites. The properties range in size from 340sqm to 928sqm, and are spread over a 3.6 hectare parcel of land. The properties are well suited to those looking for affordable, low-maintenance homes in the booming northern Gold Coast corridor.
A number of smaller block are being released for the first time. AV Jennings' Queensland State General Manager, Rod Chadwick, said, "We are seeing a trend emerge with first and second home buyers seeking small lot homes in suburban areas. A smaller house can provide all the liveable attributes of a larger house, yet they are more efficient in their use of space and generally require minimal maintenance, which is a key selling point with young professionals looking to step onto the property ladder."
Mr Chadwick said, "Coomera is a well located community that provides residents with easy access to the very latest in employment opportunities, infrastructure, and facilities."
Big Sky is situated next to Coomera Town Centre. The community is 20 minutes from the Gold Coast, and is close to the M1 and Coomera Railway Station, where commuters are only 45 minutes from the Brisbane CBD.
On completion, the community will feature 318 homesites, set among 8.3 hectares of open space, including bikeways, walkways and parkland.
Prices for land start at $204,900, and buyers can own a home and land in the mid $300,000s range.
