At Little Bay Cove, you can have the seachange and be 20 minutes from the city.
Little Bay Cove presents an opportunity to live the 'seachange' lifestyle in resort-standard comfort, while still living within a 20-minute drive of the Sydney CBD.
Illume is the second stage of the $700 million Little Bay Cove residential estate, which is being developed by TA Little Bay Pty Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Malaysian property company, TA Global Berhad.
Illume will consist of three slim-line, five-level buildings designed by renowned architect Tony Caro, with Simon Mather of Mako Architecture as the co-design and documentation architect. The 179 apartments will be sold through McGrath Projects and NG Farah Project Marketing.
Little Bay Cove delivers the conveniences of urban life in a natural coastal setting. The 13.6 hectare site borders Little Cove Beach and four golf courses - NSW, St Michaels, The Coast, and Randwick. The unique natural environment includes lakes, wetlands, remnant bushland, and walking trails. Approximately $50 million has already been spent on the site on civil works, landscaping, street lighting, infrastructure, telecommunications, and services, such as water, electricity, and sewerage.
Illume's architecture is a blend of traditional forms and craftsmanship with contemporary forms and details. A neutral palette of natural materials blends the structures into the natural environment.
'Being the gateway into the estate we knew it had to be something special, so we worked on a design that embraced the ‘big picture’ and then fine-tuned it,' said Kimmy Khoo Poh Kim, Executive Director of TA Little Bay. 'We took a communal approach, creating shared courtyards and spaces. Residents will still have their privacy, but there will be much more chance for interaction between neighbours.'
More than 40 floorplans are available, to create a more bespoke feel, and to maximise views over Little Bay and Botany Bay. Living spaces flow onto open terraces or sheltered gardens, providing year-round outdoor living options. Top floor apartments have spectacular ocean views, and there is a selection of garden apartments available on the ground floor.
One bedroom apartments start at $650,000, two bedrooms at $840,000, and the 15 three-bedroom penthouses start at $1.13 million.
Mr Vertzayias, joint sales agent from McGrath Projects, says Little Bay Cove 'offers a healthy, active, beachside lifestyle that will hold appeal for people of all ages.'
