Australia’s largest property group, Domenic Belfiore is rejoining the business as CEO of Ray White Victoria and Tasmania, effective October 2, 2023.
In exciting news for Australia’s largest property group, Domenic Belfiore is rejoining the business as CEO of Ray White Victoria and Tasmania, effective October 2, 2023.
This marks a return for Dom to this role. In January 2019, Dom Belfiore resigned as CEO of Victoria / Tasmania to become a partner in Ray White Werribee.
Dom takes the reins from Stephen Dullens who recently completed nine years with the Ray White corporate team. “Stephen’s career with us is characterised by a consistent escalation of impact and responsibility, driven by his commitment, work ethic, and a relentless desire to pursue our potential,” said Dan White, Managing Director of Ray White.
“There is much for which Stephen should be extremely proud. In particular, his leadership during COVID was inspirational, his development and leadership of a very strong corporate team who share his commitment for excellence and to the network to which we are responsible, and the fact that he leaves with our Victorian market share at record levels.”
Dom and his team at Ray White Werribee enjoyed remarkable success since he joined the business, and it has been one of the fastest growing businesses in Ray White’s international group in both sales and property management over this time. Ray White Werribee’s market share tripled to more than 20 per cent, and they were awarded the #1 office in Victoria / Tasmania for the number of sales for the financial year ending 30 June 2023. In 2019 they were #36. His 26 years of real estate experience helped propel the business to achieve more than 500 sales a year, compared to 84 in 2019.
Dom also drove the organic growth of Ray White Werribee property management to more than 900 managements. Dom sold his interest in Ray White Werribee to his partners, Michelle Chick and Robert Krnjeta, in June 2023, knowing he left the business in great hands.
Dan White said the corporate team and network would all benefit from Dom's experience as a business owner and leader who is able to create momentum.
“From developing talent and creating a powerful team culture, to recruitment, and entrenching an auction culture, the success created at Werribee was built on the leadership principles we so highly regard and believe are relevant to all of our business leaders,” Mr White said.
“We will benefit from Dom's existing relationships with our corporate team and members and his understanding of what is important to us. While our Victoria / Tasmania market presence is stronger now than what it was in 2019, he shares our belief that we are still far from our potential and we have enormous opportunities ahead of us.
“We know that Domenic will be resolute in confronting our challenges as we pursue our potential, and will ensure as a corporate team we are delivering the best possible environment for our members to thrive.”
Dom Belfiore said he was pumped to lead the Victorian and Tasmanian network once again.
"I am thrilled to rejoin the Ray White family, it has always been my family. My previous experience as an owner has given me valuable insights into the unique dynamics of the market, and I'm eager to leverage that knowledge for the benefit of our teams and clients.
"Ray White has a strong legacy of leadership, and I'm committed to amplifying our presence and impact in Victoria and Tasmania.
“There's so much opportunity waiting to be unlocked, and we're ready to seize it.
"I firmly believe in fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. By empowering our teams and embracing new strategies, we can exceed expectations and elevate the real estate experience for all involved.
“I am here for our business owners, and the challenge is to identify new markets and opportunities.
“Ray White is the market leader but there’s so much more potential for us all and I am so excited.”
