Ayre Real Estate is excited to announce the appointment of Tiffany Wilson as Head of Brand & Marketing following exponential growth of the apartment focused inner Sydney City agency. Celebrating their third anniversary on the 1st of July, the agency has grown to three offices managing over a billion dollars in rent role assets and selling over $162 million worth of premium real estate across the Sydney City precincts in the last 12 months.
Former owner of Chronicle Republic, a real estate specialist digital marketing agency, Tiffany, brings over 12 years’ experience in real estate, including property management, sales, marketing, and leadership roles. The company recognised that they had an opportunity to acquire someone with the rare skill set and experience in the residential real estate marketing space which would strengthen their competitive advantage.

Having worked with over 50 real estate agents and agencies across the country, including several of Australia’s largest real estate groups and leading offices, Tiffany’s role will be focused on giving Ayre a competitive advantage to attract more leads, new agents and businesses to the brand. In addition, it will also give a point of difference in the marketplace from a branding and marketing perspective, allowing them to have the resources to offer bespoke digital campaigns to vendors and landlords.
