Noosa home defies Easter slowdown with $5.67 million sale
The sale of a four-bedroom home in Noosa's Witta Circle for more than $5 million at auction reflects the strong demand for luxury properties in the area, according to Tom Offermann Real Estate marketing agent Eric Seetoo.
More than 2200 homes were taken to auction across the combined capital cities last week, with every city except Canberra experiencing an increase in auction volumes from the same time last year.
Registrations are now open for the 2019 Real Estate Institute of New South Wales (REINSW) Novice Auctioneers Competition, with this year's proceeds going towards Domestic Violence NSW.
