High performing West Australian real estate agent Shane Beaumont has made the move to one of the nation’s leading real estate offices.
Shane – who was named the highest selling agent for properties sold in WA and achieved Grand Master Salesperson status at this year’s REIWA Awards – has joined fellow top agents Julie Cross and Shahbaj Brar in recently becoming part of the Realmark Coastal team.
Specialising in the suburb of Gosnells and Perth’s south eastern corridor, as well as a growing number of other areas, Shane said he was keen to take the next step in scaling up his property career, which began in 2005.
“The technology Realmark Coastal has embraced in recent times is pivotal to getting the support I need to keep expanding as an agent, while also being able to be there fully for my clients, especially due to the high volume of sales I do,” Shane, who recorded 190 sales in the past 12 months, explained.
“There’s a huge benefit I see, too, in combining with likeminded agents who are on the same path and share the same vision because the opportunity Perth presents is incredible.”
Realmark Coastal director Sean Hughes said it was fantastic to have his long-time friend join the agency’s growing team.
“Shane and I used to share a house together going back many years when he was just starting out in real estate and we’ve journeyed through the industry together in many ways but I’m thrilled we can now directly work together to reach new heights,” said Sean.
“We’ll use our good natured competitive approach to selling, to push boundaries and grow our well-honed skills for the benefit of the agency as a whole.
“We’re attracting incredible people because we offer a great environment where agents can get premium support with successful systems and processes, learn a lot as they swim with other big fish, and harness the power of our very well regarded brand and collegial, fun office culture.
“That’s the winning combination because people don’t move to stay the same – they move because they want to hit a new level and they know that being surrounded by other top achievers elevates everyone.”
Said Shane: “When you’re working hard and doing long hours, you want to do it with your mates and enjoy the camaraderie. And I’m keen to make the most of the strong Realmark Coastal brand across all suburbs and price ranges too.”
