The entire profits from the sale of a Sydney house to be auctioned this Saturday will be donated to three charities through McGrath Ryde.
Father Chris Riley’s Youth Off the Streets charity, the National Heart Foundation and St Vincent de Paul are set to benefit from the auction of a Sydney house on Saturday.
The executor of 14 Cosimo Place, Ryde has given instructions to selling agent Michael Dowling of McGrath Ryde that the proceeds are to be shared between the three charities.
Mr Dowling said buyers had already reacted warmly to the idea.
“Several potential buyers have remarked what a nice gesture it is,” he said.

Nestled upon 663.9 square metres at the end of a neighbourly cul-de-sac, the classic family home comes with light-filled interiors and scope to further update.
There is also proximity to shops, cafes and public transport.
Mr Dowling added he had already been forced to decline several offers to buy the property ahead of Saturday's auction, noting there had been particularly strong interest from young families.

"Bidding will start about the $1.3 million mark and anything on the day will be accepted."
The auction comes after the profits from the $30 million sale of 20 inner-Sydney terraces earlier this month were promised to a collection of undisclosed charities as part of a deceased estate.
