After strong sales, Mirvac is bringing forward Harcrest's final release with the launch of Mirvac Terrace Homes.
In its opening weekend, Mirvac's Harcrest sold out the first release of its final stage, 'Pinnacle'. Sales of the properties were oversubscribed, with strong demand from local residents and repeat buyers alike. As a consequence of the obvious demand for well-located, well-designed communities, Mirvac is brining forward the launch of the Mirvac Terrace Homes at Harcrest. These two and three-bedroom homes will be the last opportunity to buy at Harcrest. Harcrest was first launched in October 2010, and to date has generated more than $360 million in revenue. When complete in 2017, Harcrest will be home to more than 2,000 residents. Purchasers have been attracted to the affordable and diverse options presented at Harcrest, the range of views across the district and the Dandenong Ranges, and the project's commitment to sustainability and a community lifestyle. A sustainable community garden sits at the heart of the project, with seven hectares of public open space available for recreation and communal gardens. A lake and wetlands completes the idyllic picture.
