Knight Frank has welcomed two new agents to its Prestige Residential sales team, with Adam Ross and Oliver Stillman adding to the firm's global presence in the sector.
Knight Frank has welcomed more than 20 years of prestige residential sales experience to its ranks through the addition of Adam Ross and Oliver Stillman.
The pair will join Knight Frank’s Head of Prestige Residential Deborah Cullen and Sales Associate Richard Sholl on the Sydney Prestige Residential sales team.
Mr Ross, who has 14 years experience, joins from his boutique brand Belgravia Private, while Mr Stillman, who has nine years experience, comes to the agency from Sotheby's International Realty.
Collectively, they have sold 17 homes in Sydney with values in excess of $10 million each.
Ms Cullen said the wealth of experience and unparalleled skill in prime residential sales the new additions would bring to Knight Frank’s Prestige Residential team would strengthen the firm’s presence in a growing sector of the Australian market.
“This team will continue to focus primarily on prestige Australian residential sales of over A$3 million and assist our ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients with a full portfolio advisory service," she said.
“With the prestige market remaining consistently strong in 2019, it is a wonderful time to add expertise into our team to work with some best in class stock coming on the market this spring and summer.
“In particular, we are seeing incredible demand from Australian expats living around the globe for prestige homes in the blue ribbon areas in Sydney, especially the waterfront locations.”
Research from Knight Frank indicates Sydney's prime market has matured throughout the past five years, with capital values growing by 51.7 per cent, while the mainstream market rose by 25.4 per cent.

This has been supported by the 12 per cent growth in the number of ultra-high-net-worth individuals in Sydney over the past five years, and it is projected Sydney’s ultra-wealthy population will surpass 1,000 by 2023.
Knight Frank Australia Partner and Chief Executive Officer Rod Leaver said it was an exciting time for the Australian Prestige Residential team to expand its presence.
“Knight Frank’s Prestige Residential team has a truly global reach - in addition to strong connections in the Asia Pacific, the UK, Africa, and throughout Europe and the Middle East, Knight Frank is partnered with Douglas Elliman Fine Homes in the US.
“Our newly expanded Prime Residential team in Australia, led by Deborah Cullen and along with our new Private Office partners, is positioned to act as a global team, providing streamlined service around the network to give our clients access to the very best in the market.
“Our global sales network is involved with the most prestigious residential properties around the world. “We are a luxury brand and we pride ourselves on our ability to build long-term relationships, allowing us to provide personalised, clear and considered advice to some of the world’s wealthiest individuals.”
The announcement of the expansion of Knight Frank’s Prestige Residential team follows the recent expansion of Knight Frank’s Private Office to Australia.
The newly formed Private Office, based in Sydney and led by Knight Frank joint national partners Sarah Harding and Kymbal Dunne, will offer a fully-integrated residential and commercial real estate advisory team, which will advise and transact for high-net-worth clients, family offices and their advisers.
