Belle Property Neutral Bay co-principals, Matthew Smythe and Mark Jackson have bought out business partner Tim Foote, a prominent real estate professional on Sydney’s Lower North Shore, as they signed a long-term deal with Belle Property.
Tim Foote will remain Principal of Belle Property Mosman, while Matthew and Mark set their sights on taking Belle Property Neutral Bay to the next level in its business growth.
“Although we’ve enjoyed being partners with Tim over the years, we are very excited about the future of our business as we continue to grow and provide great stability whilst reinforcing our presence and commitment to one of Sydney’s best pockets,” said Mr Smythe.
Mr Jackson said signing the deal was an easy decision.
“Belle Property is the best boutique brand in Sydney, and it’s also one of the most admired and stable. It’s my 13th year with Belle Property on the Lower North Shore, so it was an easy decision for us to sign a long-term deal, as the direction of the Belle Property brand and its leadership is second to none."
Belle Property Neutral Bay has ranked in the Top 10 Offices in the Belle Property network for seven years running, while Mr Smythe and Mr Jackson have both consistently ranked in the Top 10 Principals of the Belle Property network.
“We are fortunate to have a team within our business that is highly engaged and motivated, and who truly care about our clients,” said Mr Smythe.
“We always say in our office that no-one is more important than anyone else, and this has developed great comradery among the team and ensures everyone feels empowered."
Mr Jackson told WILLIAMS MEDIA it's important to have this level of stability and focused leadership in Sydney's changing market.
“The Lower North Shore property market is going through a softening like the rest of Sydney, but the adjustment is quite mild here by comparison to wider Sydney. The area’s underlying strength, which will always underpin demand from buyers, is that it is close to the harbour, ferries, and the CBD, and it offers all the best amenities."
